These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bit999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bit999 website located at https://bit999.bio and all associated services, games, tools, features, and content made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Access to and use of the bit999 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

Each registered user is permitted to hold one account only on the bit999 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses, winnings, or balances held therein.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any other authentication credentials associated with your account. bit999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or from any unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to exercise reasonable care.

You must notify bit999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. bit999 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation, without prior notice to the account holder.

bit999 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) the account holder has violated these Terms; (c) a responsible gaming concern has been raised; or (d) a regulatory or legal requirement demands such action.

bit999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bit999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts using supported mobile financial services, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, account verification status, and any applicable security review.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a player's account is found to have been funded from a payment method not registered in their name, bit999 reserves the right to void all associated transactions and forfeit any balance arising therefrom.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bit999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or system damage, or any other losses arising from your use of the Platform.

bit999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bit999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content. bit999 shall not be held liable for any downtime, technical failures, or errors in third-party game software or payment processing systems beyond its reasonable control.

bit999 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including but not limited to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
